To update your chromosome pool open the pool window. After selecting a calculation type and colouring schema you can press the load button. The download runs as a background task.

To reduce bandwidth it is not possible to load all chromosomes in one bunch. It is necessary to select the required type. Its a differential download only chromosomes missing on your local machine are transferred.
